This is a Quantum Edge 3 with iLevel and has a custom armrest on the right side. It has thigh pads. Safety belt. It raises and lowers but does not tilt. All accessories are included that were delivered with the wheelchair. My wife passed away after only using it a few hours over the course of a month.
