Comes with owner's manual in several languages, instructions, extra parts/tools. Extras include Comfort Company Visco Back Compass 4 Quick Release and Bodilink adjustable Head Support. Tilts easily and reclines almost to lying down position. Weight limit 265lbs. Contour back, dual post armrests, cushion, footrest hanger and footplates, caster forks and tires, adjustable strut tube, wheel lock, 12" rear wheels, back cane, tilt lever and push handles.
